Responsibilities
- Built a responsive eCommerce platform with a Shopify plugin that integrates Facebook Messenger into Shopify stores and engage customers via automated messages regarding existing purchases and new promotions to increase revenue.
- Designed and developed popup notifications for welcoming new users, adding items to cart, exit intent, and abandoned carts that increased sales with up to 75% of subscribers opening messages and clicking on a link within 10 minutes.
- Designed, developed, and launched a Facebook Messenger chatbot platform for artists including Maroon 5 and 50 Cent to personalize the customer journey that notified subscribers about upcoming shows and the latest music and merchandise.
- Created an interactive quiz product that embeds to Shopify stores and guides users through a series of questions and produces a list of recommended products to drive client sales.
- Partner with product managers and designers to continuously improve the UI for users from 1000+ brands.
- Oversaw new engineer onboarding and training to reduce ramp-up time and improve development team productivity.
